Located in southwest Washington State at the foothills of the Cascade Mountains, Monet Vineyards is a private estate open by appointment only. While we work to transform our estate into a wedding and event venue, we’ve opened our gates to photographers and their clients looking for a unique photo shoot backdrop. We look forward to sharing with you the peace and simple joy of a well-loved place that stands in harmony with nature.
Our 2019 photo shoot season
You will get the most out of your photo shoot at Monet Vineyards. Here are a few items of note to help you plan your visit:
Rates: $75/hour for personal shoots, $90/hour for editorial photo shoots. Regrettably, these rates are not negotiable. To book for an editorial photo shoot, contact us. Online booking for editorial photo shoots is not available.
Availability: We schedule photo shoots April 20 - October 14th, and book up to 3 months in advance. We're happy to offer you a tour of our venue before a shoot, but note that any unscheduled drop-in photographers/clients will be turned away.
Time Frame: We accept bookings in half-hour increments, with a 1 hour minimum. You're welcome to schedule our venue for up to 6 hours/day, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. Shoots outside these hours can be scheduled on a case-by-case basis.
Guests Guidelines: We welcome up to 10 guests per photo session. Unfortunately, for safety and liability reasons, we don't host sessions for children under the age of 12. Nor do we permit shoots with animal companions at this time. These exceptions aside, we pride ourselves in being a welcoming and inclusive space.
Getting Here: You'll find us at 14698 NE 212th Ave, Brush Prairie, WA 98606. We'll have our gates open in anticipation of your arrival, and invite you to park your vehicle anywhere in our parking lot.
Venue Use: We have an ever-changing space that evolves with the seasons. For photo sessions, we open to clients the exterior of the estate house, our gardens, and vineyard.
Props and Accessories: We understand your love for creative accents, but note that all props for photo sessions need to be reviewed for liability reasons via conversation with Monet Vineyards prior to being brought to our venue. Any props brought into Monet Vineyards without permission are subject to refusal.
Before You Visit
Payment Options: We accept payment for photo shoots online only via debit or credit card. You'll be guided through a payment process after scheduling your shoot. We do not accept checks or cash at this time. Photo shoots time slots will not be considered reserved until full payment is received.
Cancellations/Refunds: As a general rule, we do not allow for refundable cancellations, and we encourage our clients to reschedule instead. Clients must cancel their session with at least 24 hour advance notice to be granted a rescheduling opportunity. That being said, we understand that inclement weather and other emergencies can interrupt the best of plans, and we will work with clients on a case-by-case situation if need be.
What Not To Bring: Please respect that preserving the beauty of Monet Vineyards requires a lot of upkeep, and refrain from bringing throwaway items to your shoot. Be also mindful about bringing food/snacks with packaging, as clients are responsible for any waste materials they bring.
